What is your pricing for the ludoteca?
Monday to Thursday it´s 10€ per child timing unlimited *in the summer its 12€ per child
Friday to Sunday & holidays its 12€ per child timing unlimited *in the summer its 15€ per child
The adults are required to consume something during their stay.
If I miss a class can I do a ‘makeup’ class or refund?
Yes, an alternative class is optional providing it’s possible and suitable, within the same month or close to it. Refunds aren’t possible, but we do aim to accommodate our patrons.
Do you offer parties and how much and what does it include?
Yes, we sure do. Please refer to our party package options or email hola@stephys.es for more information.
Are the teachers native English speakers?
All of our teachers have a registered level for fluency in English.
Do you offer private tutoring?
Yes, we do. Private tutoring is currently available at Casita Club, but you can email and request it at another site and we will try to accommodate your child's learning requirements.
Can I attend classes and pay as I go?
Yes, they can. Please just ask management about payment options. It is more cost-effective to take out a monthly subscription, but we understand that this doesn't always suit budgets.
How much are classes?
A single class is 15€. You can also pay for monthly access; 1 class per week is 50€ per month, 2 classes per week are 80€ per month, or unlimited classes every month for 110€. We also offer a Bono pack which gives you access to 10 classes for just 130€. Great for gifts!
Payment options?
Cash and card payments are accepted at all branches of the Stephy's family group, or bank transfer (Casita Only).
How long does the class run for?
Classes are typically between 50mins - 1 hour long.
Where are you located?
Refer to Google maps for location and directions of your required venue.
Can I Bizum you?
Unfortunately, we don't accept payments via Bizum.
Is this class suitable for my child?
Our flyers provide estimate ages for suitability. Please contact us if you are unsure about attending a class for any reason.

Are classes taught in English?
Yes, all classes are taught in English.
What are the activities you do?
Bright Beginnings focus on outdoor activities and we have a different activity every day; such as yoga, dancing, art, reading, zoo, the beach and much more. Please refer to our events page for up-to-date information on the latest activities at Casita Club and Stephy's Ludoteca.
Can I put my child in Bright Beginnings nursery part-time?
Yes, we pride ourselves on flexibility for families and can accommodate requests for 0.5 or part-time childcare.
What is the ratio of educator to child?
In the younger group 6:1 and in the older group 8:1.

What ages do you accept?
Bright Beginnings can care for your children from 6 months up to 6 years old. Babies from 6 month to 5 years can enjoy the variety of play settings at Stephy's. Casita Club is tailored to offer educational activities and learning play and can be enjoyed from 6 months to 10 years.
Do you offer classes?
We offer a variety of different classes each week. You can head to our 'Events' page to find out more, or join our mailing list below to be the first in the know when new events are scheduled.

Can we celebrate a birthday party?
Yes, of course. We offer different birthday packs to celebrate your big day, just drop us a line at hola@stephys.es.
What are your opening hours?
Refer to Google as it's always updated reflecting times we are closed for private events.
Do you have baby changing facilities?
Yes! Accessible toilets and baby changing areas are situated on the ground floor. There is also a children's toilet on the first floor in the soft play room.
Can we eat there?
We offer a lunch menu as well as home baked goods.
If I pay in the morning and then leave can I come back in the afternoon?
If you leave and want to come back, we require adults to order something to eat or drink again during the second visit.
Is there an unlimited monthly pack?
We don´t offer a monthly pack but we do have a 10 visit pack.
